Sometimes, less is more, and that is definitely the case with this understated but flavorful dip. Should you have leftovers, add it to tomorrow's breakfast tacos. Simple and delicious!

Instructions
In a medium sized pot, add cheese (16 oz) and just enough milk (1–2 cups) to reach your preferred consistency.
Add green chiles (1 4-oz can), mix to combine.
Once the cheese is completely melted, pour queso into serving bowl.
Top with cojita cheese (¼ cup) and drizzle with hot sauce (2 Tbsp).
